The ordered parts came in quickly and they installed the gutters and downspouts promptly. Though they recommended a straightening of the garage gutter, the big rain the very next afternoon proved that the old gutter, even tho' straightened, was not adequate and so overflowed. Therefore, they had to come back and replace that old gutter and downspout with a seamless, larger gutter and downspout. One point is that the only downspout splashpad they offer is a concrete block. I had to purchase pads myself that went better with my landscaping. Still, a good install and a fair price. Yes I would recommend them.
