I obtained multiple estimates as I was new to the topic of gutters, and Chuck/Creative Gutter was a standout in all areas: Chuck is obviously a pro and doesn't waste your time, and at the same time listens to any issues/questions you have and offers lots of support and references if needed. The price was fair/great, the process very quick and efficient, and the results were so impressive. We couldn't have been happier from start to finish. I never thought I’d become the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about gutters, but here we are. These guys did SUCH an amazing job on our house. The gutters look fantastic, the installation was clean and professional, and now I catch myself looking outside during rainstorms admiring them! And let me just say, upgrading to the larger size gutters was 100% worth it. They also helped me incorporate rain barrels into the setup, which means I can water my plants without donating my entire paycheck to water bills. That alone deserves 5 stars. Nothing says “I’ve reached adulthood” quite like being thrilled about proper drainage, and harvested rainwater. Seriously though, great communication, great workmanship, great pricing, and overall an awesome experience. I know gutters conceptually are simple, but I still had a lot of questions and they were so patient and understanding. Not only did they do a fantastic job they came back out to help me install a rain chain for cosmetic purposes. I offered to pay more, but the owner said they just wanted me to be a happy customer. They did an outstanding job from top to bottom. Chuck came out for the free estimate, and was extremely professional. There were no high pressure sales tactics and not a single attempt to up-sale (unlike another company that came out). Chuck explained the pros and cons between the different sizes of gutters and answered all my questions. Installation took just a few hours and the gutters look amazing.
